We are not going to debate the definition. We are going to log the reality.

The structural timeline

1948The Nakba. 750,000+ Palestinians forcibly displaced. Villages destroyed. The right of return denied.

1967Occupation begins. Military control over the West Bank, Gaza, and East Jerusalem.

PresentSystematic eradication. Tens of thousands killed in Gaza. Homes demolished. Hospitals destroyed. Millions kept in a state of deliberate, engineered survival.

This is not a "complex conflict." Complexity is a rhetorical device used by those in power to delay accountability. The logistics of displacement have been running for 75 years.

The definition

When the phrase "Free Palestine" is used, it is not an abstract slogan. It is a list of specific, unresolved legal and human parameters.

End the occupationWithdrawal from territories seized in 1967. Dismantling of illegal settlements built on stolen land.

Right of returnThe execution of UN Resolution 194. Allowing refugees — like my father — to return to the homes they were expelled from.

Self-determinationThe removal of military control. Palestinians governing themselves without external interference.

Equal rightsFreedom of movement, access to water, and the cessation of systemic violence.

The audit — where the money goes

The system is funded externally. The United States provides Israel with over $3.8 billion in military aid annually. This is not a secret. It is public, documented U.S. fiscal policy.

Those funds purchase the weapons used in the eradication. They pay for the F-16s. They pay for the bombs. They pay for the military infrastructure that enforces the occupation. Every massacre is partially underwritten by U.S. tax revenue.

YUMA operates inside the reality of this audit. We do not print "Free Palestine" on our chests because a slogan does not stop a bullet or reverse a border. We build objects from inside the diaspora, and we allocate 20% of every transaction directly to Heal Palestine — an organization providing medical aid and infrastructure to the people surviving this reality.

Wearing the object does not solve the parameter. But funding the infrastructure that keeps people alive while the world debates the definition does.
