Every piece in this store is made when you order it. That's not a disclaimer — it's a decision. Made-to-order means no overstock, no waste, no guessing what will sell. It means your order is produced specifically for you and then sent directly to your door.

Production 2–4 business days. Your order goes into production immediately after purchase. This is not processing time — this is the time it takes to make the piece.
Delivery 3–5 business days after production. Total from order to door: roughly one to two weeks.
Holidays During high-volume periods, add 3–5 days on either end. Order early.
Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email when your order ships. If it hasn't updated in 48 hours, email us.
Coverage United States only, currently. International is coming. Sign up for the YUMA List to be notified when it launches.
Time-sensitive Email us before you order. We'll tell you honestly whether the timeline works.

We know waiting is not ideal. We know there are other options that ship faster. We also know that what you're buying here doesn't exist anywhere else. That's the trade.

The policy is simple: we want you to be happy with what you have. We will work with you to make that happen. What that looks like depends on what went wrong.

Something arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong.

We fix it. No cost to you. Send us a photo at yuma@theyumaproject.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number. We'll send a replacement.

You changed your mind or it's not what you expected.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, in the condition they arrived. You cover return shipping — we issue store credit when the item is back with us. Store credit does not expire.

You ordered the wrong size.

Email us. We'll work something out. We'd rather have you in the right size than leave you with something that doesn't fit. Start the conversation and we'll figure out the path forward.

Your order never arrived.

Email us with your order number and tracking information. If the carrier has lost it, we will resolve it. You should not be out of pocket for a carrier's failure.

Because every piece is made to order, we can't resell returned items. We ask that you use the size guide before purchasing. If you're unsure about fit, email us before you order — we'd rather answer that question once than process a return.

We are not going to hide behind fine print. We are a small, Palestinian-owned operation and our reputation is built on making this right. If something went wrong, tell us. We'll fix it.
